Before Bobbi became Summer Penguin in the Muppet Babies series (2018), artists were asked to pitch designs for the original character. She was described as "cute, feminine, exceptionally artistic... she can sing and dance, draw, paint, and do it all." I combined cute animals with preppy outfits!
