Years ago, I illustrated a series of "catfish and purrmaids" - mermaid cats - which later became the inspiration for the hit children's book series Purrmaids written by Sudipta Bardhan-Quallen.
Black-and-white interior illustrations were commissioned for the 15-part series, which follows the adventures of best friends Angel, Coral, and Shelly in Kittentail Cove!
